How we can help

Owing money to the ATO can be stressful. Our small business financial counsellors can give you advice and support to help you meet your tax and super obligations.
We can give you advice on:
  • your rights and responsibilities as a small business owner
  • negotiating a repayment arrangement with the ATO, such as a payment plan or deferral
  • asking to remove penalties and interest to stop your debt from growing
  • making a complaint if you think the ATO has treated you unfairly
  • free government services, such as professional tax advice from the National Tax Clinic program.
We can also connect you with services that provide support in other ways, such as legal advice, face-to-face financial counselling and emotional support.
